This adventure features the three environments for which Shenandoah National Park is famous: her waterfalls, mountain tops and wildflowers. Within Shenandoah, there is a multitude of destinations featuring amazing beauty and views that are rarely explored by the visiting guest. Accessible only by foot, each destination is an area that is significant because of its natural beauty and/or cultural significance. Waterfalls, mountain summits, abandoned communities.. all selected with the season and weather conditions in mind. Along the way, the flora, fauna and other points of interest will be highlighted by our extremely knowledgeable guides.
A “guides ration” lunch is provided. A camera is highly recommended
