Our development programs serve as a perfect prelude to your company’s retreat or annual / strategic planning sessions. They can also be modified to provide unforgettable stand-alone activities for meaningful corporate recreational outings.

Teamlink maintains a significant exportable training capability that allows a high degree of flexibility. Our “home” team development center is ThorpeWood, an environmentally sensitive retreat center, high in the Catoctin Mountains of northern Maryland. And as pleasant and conducive to building teams as ThorpeWood is, we also realize that for many of our customers it is not a convenient or cost effective option. For those situations, Teamlink maintains a significant exportable training capability that allows a high degree of flexibility when determining program location. Known for creativity, quality and effectiveness, we have conducted team development programs from coast to coast across North America… as well as extensively throughout the mid Atlantic.
